Portable Digital Continuous Band Sealer
Overview
The HS-CII-D is a compact continuous band sealer that can be mounted to a stand, clamped to a surface, or used freehand. Its symmetrical design allows both right and left feed direction of a bag or pouch, or unlimited length strips of film. The digital temperature control and display differentiates the HS-CII-D from other Doboy hand sealers which are equipped with bi-metal thermostats. The digital control and display of the HS-CII-D hold a more precise temperature for a wider range of sealing capabilities.
Sealable Films
The HS-CII-D seals a wide range of films and thicknesses depending on the material composition including polyethylene, laminate, foil, and tyvek pouches. Its durable, PTFE-coated steel sealing bands facilitate the sealing of soft materials. The precise temperature control makes it the ideal solution for hard-to-seal materials and seals of extraordinary length.
Simple Orientation
The operating temperature is easily changed with the digital control and display. The HS-CII-D can also be validated with an external J-Port to accommodate tight tolerance seals.
