Pack 103 Application Information

The Pack 103 is an entry-level, stainless steel, horizontal flow wrapper that packages products in flow wraps. The Doboy Pack 103 replaces the highly successful Pack 102 Flow Wrapper. With an output of up to 175 packages per minute, this machine is the ideal companion for Mom & Pop shops and medium-sized businesses who are taking their first steps in automation.

The Pack 103’s wide film backstand and flexible cutting head height provides the widest format flexibility available on an entry level wrapper. Its small footprint and left or right-hand execution fits most production environments and can easily integrate with Syntegon feeding technology for light automation.

Superior Package Quality

Syntegon Finwheel and Crimper seal technology provide superior seal integrity. Optional registration eye correction precisely positions printed film on the package and minimizes film waste created during setup.

Operator Friendly Design

A 7” color touchscreen with intuitive icon driven interface makes set-up and diagnostic straight forward. The machine‘s open accessibility and easily removable modules make for quick and simple maintenance and cleaning. The all stainless steel infeed conveyor is available in three lengths to provide ample room for hand feeding while meeting industry standard sanitation requirements.
