Products can arrive from the process or the cooling tunnels in every pattern including random, offset, staggered and in rows.

Mode of Operation

The modular built DCG is a direct distribution station that gently deposits product rows with a soft deposit pullnose onto a crossfeed
belt. Transparent, monitored doors and guards ensure safe operation during production as well as monitoring of the process and machine
functionalities and the degree of contamination. The DCG has been designed in compliance with the latest hygiene standards. Sloping
surfaces ensure that product residues fall into the crumb trays. Belt scrapers and coated rollers ensure that no product build-up stays on
the rollers and belts. All belts, rollers and scrapers can be quickly replaced without time-consuming dismantling operations.

Construction

The robust, freely accessible distribution station is available in left and right-hand execution and with different process belt widths. This ensures optimal operating concepts and layout flexibility. The external electrical cabinet can be flexibly placed and thus fits into the existing hall and brings flexibility in the system design.

Ergonomics & Design

All machine areas are freely accessible for cleaning and maintenance. Belts can be changed quickly, without complex deinstallation. Trays
catch any falling product waste via sloped surfaces.

Operation

During standard operation, the machine can be operated via keys at the station. The large touchscreen enables fast and clear access to all required sectors and functions such as parameter entry, fault indicator, shift statistics and troubleshooting procedures.
